Where is the event? The OLPH American Girl Fashion show is being held at Our Lady of Perpetual Help School, 240 South Wellwood Avenue, Lindenhurst, NY 11757
When are the shows? The show dates and times are: Friday, November 4, at 7:00 pm. Saturday, November 5, at 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm and Sunday, November 6, at 12:00 pm and 4:00pm. Registration will begin 30 minutes before the show. Doors to the auditorium will open 20 minutes before the show.
How long is the show? The show will last approximately 2 hours with an intermission featuring our American Girl Guest Models!
Is there wheelchair access? Yes, there is a ramp for wheelchairs through a side door. However, there is no wheelchair access to our balcony seating. To ensure that the wheelchair accessible door is unlocked and parking is available, please contact our show coordinator to make arrangements in advance by emailing Cristina@agfashionshow.com
Where do I park? There is street parking available at metered spaces along Wellwood Avenue. There is also a parking lot located next to the convent on High Street. To access this lot, turn off of Wellwood Avenue heading east on Hoffman Avenue and make the first right turn south on High Street.
Will food be provided? We will be serving light refreshments, desserts and beverages.
Will merchandise be available for purchase? American Girl Fashion Show Exclusive Souvenir T-Shirts, Doll T-Shirt and Skirt, Doll Accessory Set, Doll Tote bag and Girl Tote bag will be on sale at the show in very limited quantities. To ensure souvenir availability we strongly recommend purchasing all souvenir items online. You will receive a current American Girl catalog and promo code at the show for any items you would like to order directly from American Girl.
Who needs a ticket? Tickets are needed for everyone except regular show models. The American Girl Guest Model Experience is an additional $20 and a Fashion Show ticket is still required for admittance.
How do I know where I will be sitting? All seating will be reserved and you will be notified of your table number at registration. If your party wants to be seated together you must purchase tickets together on the same order. Please bring your email confirmation to the registration table. Doors to the auditorium open 20 minutes before the show.
